Black Bean Brownies

1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (Optional)
½ cup milk chocolate chips (Optional)
Dusting of powdered sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, white sugar, eggs, and salt. Blend until smooth.

If using, fold in the chopped walnuts, instant coffee, and milk chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into an 8x8 baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
