75 g breadcrumbs
75 g flour 00

In a bowl combine the walnuts, the dried apricots, the dried plums, the dried raisins, the candied oranges, the rum, the marsala liquor, the egg whites, salt, english spice and the margarine.

Mix.

Add the sugar, the breadcrumbs and the flour. Mix.

Transfer to a bowl and level. Cover with baking paper and seal with string.

Pour boiling water into a large pot, place the steam basket and put the bowl. Close and turn on the stove.

Cook for 3 hours adding water as needed and let it cool.

Put on a plate, a little alcohol.
