1 big lemon size tamarind (soak in 1 cup water)
2 big tomatoes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 cups water
salt (to taste)

5-6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
1/4 tsp methi seed

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 5-6 chopped garlic cloves, and 1 tsp black pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the tamarind juice and 4 cups of water; bring to a boil.

Add salt and 1/4 tsp hing; reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Adjust seasoning as needed; add chopped coriander leaves before serving.
