Mix 2 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 5 teaspoons of instant yeast in a bowl.
Add a generous pinch of salt and mix.
Crack 3 whole eggs into a bowl and mix them loosely.
Add the eggs to the dry ingredients followed by 502 cups of whole milk and mix until completely combined.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it stand for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
Grease the pan with melted butter or spray it with cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook over small to medium heat, covering with a lid.
Cook until bubbly, then sprinkle with sugar.
Top with chocolate sprinkles and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
Fold the pancake in half and slice it.
For the second pancake, top with cheese and chocolate sprinkles, and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
