Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and oil to the water.

Cook the pasta as per the package instructions.

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Heat a cooking pan over high heat for one minute.

Once the oil is hot, sear the shrimp both sides.

Remove the shrimp from the cooking pan when it is approximately 75% cooked.

On the same pan, sauté garlic until golden.

Add the sparkling red grape juice.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the butter and chili flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the boiled spaghetti and seared shrimp.

Stir the spaghetti and add the chopped parsley.

Turn off the stove and transfer the garlic shrimp spaghetti to a serving plate.

Garnish with the chopped parsley.
