Shrimp Scampi

1 pound fresh shrimp
1/2 cup white wine
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt

Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add minced garlic to the oil and let it heat up until fragrant.

Pour in the white wine and cook until reduced by half, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Cook the shrimp for about 4 to 5 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
