Saute finely diced onions in a little oil and allow to cool.
Combine 250 grams each of lamb, beef, chicken, and pork mince in a bowl.
Add paprika, vegetable salt, freshly ground pepper, and crushed garlic to the meat mixture.
Chop fresh oregano and rosemary, then add to the mixture.
Grate about a third of a whole nutmeg into the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together by hand to form a cohesive mixture.
Divide the mixture into four large patties.
Cook the patties in bacon lard over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
Prepare ajvar by blending garlic, freshly cracked pepper, vegetable salt, white wine vinegar, fire-roasted capsicum peppers, and fried eggplant until smooth.
Warm pita bread in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
Assemble the burger by placing a patty in the warmed pita, adding ajvar, sliced onion, and fresh red bell pepper.
Drizzle cagemak over the assembled burger and serve with pickles.
