4 egg whites
200 g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
50 g hazelnuts
300 ml cream (33%)

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

In a bowl, mix 100 g butter, 70 g sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add 4 egg yolks and 3 tbsp milk to the mixture.

Incorporate 150 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder into the mixture.

In a separate bowl, whisk 4 egg whites until frothy.

Gradually add 200 g sugar while whisking until stiff peaks form.

Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 50 g hazelnuts to the egg whites and fold gently.

Pour the mixture into a baking tray (30-40 cm).
