1 pcs cucumber ( cut slice )
1 pcs tomato ( cut in wedges )
10 gr bean sprouts
15 gr rice crackers ( cut slice or cube )
10 gr spinach ( slice big )
15 gr long bean ( cut in 2 cm )
15 gr tempeh & tofu ( deep fried )
1 pcs boil egg
1 lime ( cut in 3 slice )
100 ml coconut oil
40gr fried peanut
2 pcs garlic
3 pcs shallot
2 pcs hot chilli
125 gr palm sugar
1 pcs salam leaf
ยผ tsp salt
2 tbs sweet soy sauce

Boil the vegetables (cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, spinach, long bean) until tender.

Deep fry the tempeh and tofu until golden brown.

Prepare the peanut sauce by blending fried peanuts, garlic, shallots, hot chili, palm sugar, salam leaf, salt, and sweet soy sauce until smooth.

Assemble the salad by combining the boiled vegetables, fried tempeh and tofu, and rice crackers.

Serve with lime wedges on the side and drizzle with peanut sauce.
