150g Woolworth Select hazelnuts
3 cups shredded red cabbage
2 Granny Smith apples, cut into matchsticks
3 tablespoons Woolworths Select Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoons Woolworths Select pure blend honey
2 tablespoons Macro organic apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons Woolworths Select Spanish classic olive oil

Preheat oven to 200C. Scatter hazelnuts onto a baking tray and toast for 8-10 minutes or until skins have darkened. Place in a tea towel and rub off the skins. Return nuts to tray and toast for a further 2 minutes or until golden.

Place pork on a tray. Season. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with sage leaves. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add pork, cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to oven tray and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Rest pork, covered with foil for 6 minutes.

For the winter slaw, combine cabbage, apple, and hazelnuts in a large bowl. Season. Toss to coat. Combine yoghurt, honey, cider vinegar, and oil in a screw-top jar. Shake to combine. Pour half the dressing over cabbage. Toss to combine.

Serve chops with winter slaw, extra dressing, and lemon to the side.
