Emily Cline's recipe for Chinese chicken salad

Start with a big bowl and create a bed of lettuce.

Add the chicken (can use leftover rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken).

Add red cabbage for color.

Add chopped red bell pepper.

Add mandarin oranges for sweetness.

Add edamame.

Add shredded carrots.

Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.

Top with crispy wontons for crunch.

Prepare the dressing by mixing rice vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and other ingredients.

Pour the dressing over the salad.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top if desired.

Toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
