1 napa cabbage
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 cup drained mandarin oranges
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 teaspoons crushed ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Wash 1 napa cabbage and cut it in half with a big knife.

Halve the cabbage again and cut off the core.

Chop the cabbage to your desired size, aiming for about 4 cups, and add it to a serving bowl.

Slice 2 cups of red cabbage thinly and add it to the bowl with the napa cabbage.

Toss the two types of cabbage together.
