2tsp pepper
2tsp thyme
2tsp paprika
3tsp tomato paste
2tsp sweet goulash paste
1tsp spicy goulash paste
freshly cut parsley
4 crushed cloves of garlic
6 big potatoes
4 carrots
400gr tomatoes
2 white onions
1 red onion
300ml beef stock
3 bay leaves
1 butter cube
50ml sunflower oil

Heat sunflower oil in a cauldron or large pot.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Stir in crushed garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add cubed beef and brown on all sides.

Sprinkle in salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika; stir to coat beef.

Mix in tomato paste, sweet goulash paste, and spicy goulash paste; cook briefly.

Pour in beef stock and add bay leaves; bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat, cover, and cook until beef is tender.

Add diced carrots, potatoes, and chopped tomatoes; cook until vegetables are soft.

Remove bay leaves and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Garnish with freshly cut parsley before serving.
