¾ cup cornflour (100g)
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 green capsicum, diced (150g)
2 carrots, diced (150g)
1 tbsp salt (30g)
1 tsp black ground pepper
½ cup sweet paprika (50g)
350g passata
1 chopped onion (200g)
750ml beef stock

Combine wet ingredients: In the slow cooker bowl, whisk together the beef stock, passata, cornflour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients: Stir in the diced beef, carrots, capsicum, and onion.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
