1 1/2 Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Carrots, Chopped
2-3 lbs Stew Meat
3 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Cups Beef Stock
3 Bay Leaves

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
