Pour the flour into a large bowl, add the crumbled yeast, egg, salt, and the sour cream. Mix it and then add the milk, after all the ingredients are in the bowl knead it with a hand while the pasta is smooth.

Sprinkle the top of the pasta with flour and cover it with a clean tea towel. Keep rest it for an hour.

On a floury board, roll out the pasta till it's roughly 1 cm in thickness.

Cut out circles from the pasta with a cutter or a cup.

Shape the circles by hand.

Fry it in hot oil.
