carrot 1 cup
tomatoes 1 cup
red peppers 1 cup
potatoes 2 cups
paprika 1 tbsp
caraway seeds powder ½ tsp
black pepper ½ tsp
salt to taste
bay leaf 1
red chilli 1
parsley to garnish
