2 cups onions
1 inch cubed beef
2 carrots
2 potatoes
3 parsnips
hot red paprika
4 bay leaves
salt
black pepper
caraway seeds
3 cloves garlic
1-2 tomatoes

Heat up avocado oil in a pan.

Saute 2 cups of onions in the oil until translucent.

Add hot red paprika to coat the onions.

Add a little water to create a sauce-like consistency.

Add 4 bay leaves, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds to the mixture.

Add cubed beef to the sauce and coat it with the mixture.

Let the beef cook for about an hour to become tender.

Chop up 2 carrots, 3 parsnips, and 2 potatoes into similar sizes.

Smash 3 cloves of garlic and add to the mixture.

Prepare 1-2 tomatoes by cutting them into small sections.

After 30 minutes of cooking the beef, add the chopped vegetables and smashed garlic to the pot.

Mix everything together and let it cook for another 30 minutes.

Add double the amount of water as before and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Finally, add the chipetka dumplings and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
