1 pound ground beef
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 (7 oz) bag elbow noodles
cheddar or fiesta blend cheese

Add 1 pound of ground beef to a deep pan over medium-high heat and break it up.

Add in 1/2 diced bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves.

Season with oregano, black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and paprika, then mix well.

Cook for 8 minutes or until the beef browns.

Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and stir for 1 minute.

Add 1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes, 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce, and 1 1/2 cups of beef broth.

Season with more salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian seasoning.

Pour in and mix 1 (7 oz) bag of elbow noodles, then cover the pan with a lid.

Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and sprinkle on a handful of cheddar or fiesta blend cheese.

Cover the pan for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
