1 Cup Rajma (washed, soaked)
1 tsp Salt
1 Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
1 Cardamom (elaichi)
2 Cloves (laung)
1 Bay Leaf (tejpatta)
150 ml Water
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera)
1 tbsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste
1 Cup Tomato Puree
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
200 ml Water
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (kasuri methi)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Soak the whole black urad dal and rajma overnight.

In a pressure cooker, add soaked dal and rajma with 150 ml water and cook until soft.

In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.

Add ginger green chilli paste and tomato puree to the pan, and cook until the oil separates.

Stir in Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar, and the cooked dal and rajma mixture.

Add 200 ml water to adjust consistency and simmer for a few minutes.

Finish with cream, kasuri methi, and garam masala before serving.
