2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp ginger, garlic & green chili paste
1 small onion paste
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup water
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
some chopped coriander leaves
2-3 tsp cream

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the soaked urad dal and rajma with water, and bring to a boil.

Simmer until the lentils are cooked and creamy, adding more water if necessary.

Finish with garam masala, dry fenugreek leaves, and cream. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
