Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2Add the softened butter to the flour mixture and mix until crumbly.
  3. 3Gradually add cold water, mixing until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. 5Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. 6Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3x4 inches in size.
  7. 7On half of the rectangles, spread a layer of peanut butter and a layer of jelly, leaving a small border around the edges.
