1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons natural yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

Add 200 grams of red lentils to a pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Pour in 1.2 liters of boiling water.

Cover and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes.

Chop 1 large red onion (or 2 small) and add to the mixture.

Chop 1/2 cauliflower and add to the mixture.

Chop 2 garlic cloves roughly and add to the mixture.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of harissa paste, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Spread the harissa mixture over the vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the vegetables in the oven for a total of 25 minutes, turning them after 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, check the lentils; they should be soft and mushy. Turn off the heat.

Turn the roasted vegetables over and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.

Once cooked, transfer the lentils to a serving bowl.

Sprinkle the roasted vegetables on top of the lentils.

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder.
