Add oil, 1 tsp black pepper, 0.5 tsp garam masala, 1.5 tsp cumin powder, 1.5 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, small handful of fresh mint, 1 onion, ginger, garlic, chilies, and fresh coriander leaves into a bowl.
