1 large onion chopped
1 small yellow pepper chopped
3 potatoes cut into small chunks
1.5 tin tomato pureed or Pasatta
Handful of Fresh corriander (optional)
4 garlic cloves grated
3-4 tbsp oil
2 tsp vegetable seasoning
1.5 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp dried herbs
1 small onion chopped finely
250g of frozen spinach cubes or fresh spinach
1/2 tin tomato Passata
1/2 tin of water
1.5 tbsps tomato paste
1/2 tsp vegetable seasoning
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp paprika
300g white corn grits or yellow coarse semolina
1 litre hot water

After this, add more of the soor and once thickened, cover and reduce the heat to lowest.

Cook for 20 minutes, stirring 2-3 times occasionally.
