Soak 500 g of dried corn in 1 L of boiling water for about 8 hours or overnight to soften.

Rinse the soaked corn thoroughly to avoid fermentation taste.

In a pressure cooker, add 2 L of water and bring it to a boil.

Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.

Add the rinsed corn to the boiling water and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until soft.

Once the corn is cooked, add 1 cup of sugar, 50 g of desiccated coconut, 200 ml of coconut milk, and 200 ml of thick cream to the corn.

Stir the mixture and allow it to boil for another 15 to 20 minutes until it reaches a porridge-like consistency.

Add 200 ml of condensed milk, reserving some for topping, and mix well.

Serve the porridge with a drizzle of condensed milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, and reserved ground peanuts on top.
