Cook the cevapcici for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Warm the flatbread on the grill for 1-2 minutes until pliable.
Spread sour cream on the inside of the flatbread.
Layer cooked cevapcici onto the flatbread.
Top with ajvar, chopped parsley, and sliced red onion.
Add tomato and cucumber slices for freshness.
Fold the flatbread around the filling to create a sandwich.
Serve immediately with additional ajvar on the side.
