Rissoles - Thermomix

Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Finely chop onion and garlic, then sauté in the skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, sautéed onion and garlic, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.

Dredge each patty in flour, shaking off excess.

Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Serve warm with mustard and cheese on the side.

Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley.

Pair with sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
