angel hair pasta
vegetable medley (red, green, yellow, and orange peppers, eggplant, onions, garlic, tomatoes)

1

Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF.

2

Melt 1 stick of butter in a pan in the oven.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the melted butter and mix well.

4

Add 2 lb of peeled and deveined North Carolina white shrimp to the pan.

5

Return the pan to the oven and bake for 5 minutes, watching closely to avoid overcooking the shrimp.

6

Stir the shrimp after 5 minutes to check for doneness; they should be opaque and curled.

Season the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, sea salt, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and paprika, mixing well to combine.

8

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the shrimp, ensuring to remove any seeds.

9

Toss cooked angel hair pasta with olive oil and prepare a vegetable medley to serve alongside the shrimp scampi.
