Heat 1.5 L of milk in a pan.

Remove about 100 ml of warm milk and mix it with 75 g of vanilla custard powder until smooth.

Add 200 g of granulated white sugar to the hot milk and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix again.

Simmer the stove and slowly pour in the custard mix to the milk, stirring continuously until thickened.

Once the custard touches the sides of the pan, switch off the stove and transfer to another bowl to cool to room temperature.

Boil 3 cups of water in a pan, add 100 g of unroasted regular vermicelli, and cook until soft.

Strain the vermicelli with a colander and spread them with a spatula.

Pour room temperature water over the vermicelli to stop cooking and remove excess starch.

Mix the strained vermicelli with the cooled custard.

Add 200 ml of beaten fresh cream to the mixture and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.

Prepare jellies according to package instructions and refrigerate them.

Drain the syrup from the fruit cocktail and add the fruits to the chilled vermicelli custard mix.

Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, colored mini rasgulas, and about 5-6 diced bananas to the mix.

Add slivered cashews, almonds, and pistachios, and mix gently.

Arrange colored jellies at the bottom of a bowl, pour in the custard vermicelli, and add more jellies on top.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the center and arrange reserved raspberries around.

Sprinkle slivered almonds and pistachios on top and serve immediately.
