Dice 2 celery stalks finely.

Put a pan on the stove over medium high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Steam the lobster meat in a steam oven until cooked through.

Remove the lobster meat and let it cool, then pull apart into smaller chunks.

After an hour, remove the soup from the stove and add it to a blender.
