Add 1 cup of jaggery cut into small pieces and melt it while stirring continuously.

In a separate bowl, take 2 cups of wheat flour and add 0.5 cup of fine semolina.

Add 1 teaspoon of crushed carom seeds and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to the flour mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything for 2-3 minutes until no lumps remain.

Strain the melted jaggery to remove impurities.

Gradually add the strained jaggery water to the flour mixture to form a stiff dough, not too tight or too loose, mixing little by little.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, check the dough; it should have set.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a round shape using a rolling pin, not too thick or too thin.

Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes for shakarpara.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and fry the shakarpara until their color changes and they are cooked through.
