Peel the skin off small potatoes.
Choose small potatoes for quicker boiling and better marination.
Prepare brown onions by frying them in oil until golden.
Add water, natural spices, green chilies, and salt to the onions.
Add ghee and spices to the pan with the onions.
Mix in the potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger, garlic paste, homemade biryani masala, green chilies, curd, coriander, and mint leaves.
Stir until everything is well combined and fragrant.
Marinate the potatoes on a slow flame.
Boil water in a separate pot for the rice.
Add soaked basmati rice to the boiling water along with lemon juice.
Add soya chunks to the boiling water.
Cook the rice until it's 80% done.
Prepare layers with the cooked rice, brown onions, coriander, mint leaves, and ghee.
Pack the layers and cook on high flame for 15 minutes, then reduce the flame.
Check the biryani; it should be perfectly boiled.
