Set the blended mixture aside.

3

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and heat it over low flame.

4

Add 2 tablespoons of gram flour to the ghee and roast it on low heat.

5

After a while, add turmeric powder and black pepper to the roasted gram flour and continue roasting for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and golden.

6

Gradually add the milk mixture to the roasted gram flour, ensuring the milk is at room temperature or slightly warm.

After it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes to thicken the mixture slightly.

Add the blended mixture to the pan and combine well without boiling it further.
