Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 4 pcs
Cardamom - 3 pcs
Cinnamon stick - 2 pcs
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 (large, thin sliced)
Tomato - 1 (large, chopped)
Green chili - 2 (sliced)
Few mint leaves
Few coriander leaves
Biriyani powder - 2 tsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Rice - 1 cup (washed)
Water - 2 cups
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Place a pressure cooker on medium flame, add ghee, oil, boiled eggs, turmeric powder, salt, chili powder and fry for two minutes.

Transfer the eggs and keep it aside.

Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, ginger-garlic paste, onion and saute until onion becomes soft.

Add chopped tomato, green chilli, some mint and coriander leaves and saute until tomato turns mushy.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, biriyani masala and saute for one minute.

Add curd, washed rice, 2 cups of water, lemon juice, eggs and mix well and close the cooker lid.

Now pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Once it cool down, open the lid.

Serve when hot with raita.
