1¼ tsp soy sauce
1¼ tsp vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp green chili sauce
¼ tsp sugar
a big pinch of garam masala
2 eggs
a pinch of salt & pepper
green onions, chopped
sliced red onion
½ tsp lime juice
