1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
1 tablespoon ginger
1 lemon
1 orange
1 apple
1 cup raisins
1 cup vodka
1 cup whiskey

Wash the rind of the citrus fruit and cut into quarters.

Squeeze the citrus fruit into the pot, leaving the seeds in as they will be strained out later.

Add 6 cups of honey to the pot.

Add 6 cinnamon sticks to the pot.

Add 6 tablespoons of dark raisins to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of allspice berries to the pot.

Add 36 whole cloves to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns to the pot.

Add 2 L of ginger ale and 1 quart of water to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a large colander and then through cheesecloth to remove the fruit and spices.

Let the mixture cool slightly before adding 3 bottles of Four Queens whiskey.
