1

Add 3 cups of whole wheat flour to a bowl.

2

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of carom seeds to the bowl and mix quickly.

3

Gradually pour in water while mixing to form a soft, pliable dough.

4

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and cover the bowl to let it sit for 30 minutes.

5

In a large bowl, add 1 medium-sized grated cauliflower, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and 1 large finely chopped green chili.

6

Add a few finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala to the bowl and mix well.

7

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the filling mixture, and cook for about 5 minutes to avoid moisture from the onions making the dough soggy.

8

Transfer the cooked filling to a bowl and let it cool completely.

9

After 30 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions.

10

Dust the rolling surface with flour, flatten a dough ball, place the filling in the center, and seal the edges.

11

Roll out the stuffed dough gently, making sure it is a little thick to prevent the filling from coming out.

12

Heat a tawa (griddle) until hot, place the prepared paratha on it, and cook one side for 30 seconds.

13

Flip the paratha to the other side and look for brown spots.

14

Add a little ghee on top, spread it, and press gently before flipping it again.

15

Pour a little more ghee on the other side and spread it, ensuring the paratha is completely cooked before removing it from the pan.

16

Repeat the cooking process for all parathas.
