Salt to taste

1 inch Ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 ½ tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Black peppercorns
½ inch Ginger, peeled and roughly sliced
3 no. Green chillies
⅓ cup fresh Coriander leaves
½ cup Butter, cubed
1-2 tbsp Ghee

In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt to taste, ghee, carom seeds, water as required and knead it into a semi soft dough.

Apply oil and keep it aside for resting.

In a bowl, add grated cauliflower, salt to taste and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

Squeeze out the excess water from the cauliflower and transfer it to a bowl.

In the same bowl, add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, prepared masala and mix it well.

Divide the dough in equal portions and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.

Add the prepared stuffing in the center, close it with another roti and seal the edges.

In a tawa, heat ghee, place the prepared paratha and roast it on both sides until golden in color.
