1 tablespoon finely chopped cabbage
1 finely chopped green chili
1 cup mixed vegetables (cabbage and three colored bell peppers)
2 teaspoons red chili sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
boiled noodles
black pepper powder
salt to taste
finely chopped coriander leaves

Heat a non-stick pan on the stove.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.

Once the oil is hot, add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped cabbage.

Add 1 finely chopped green chili and sauté lightly.

Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables (cabbage and three colored bell peppers) to the pan.

Sauté the vegetables on high flame for 2-3 minutes, keeping them crunchy.

Add homemade tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of red chili sauce, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the vegetables.

Mix well to combine all the sauces and vegetables.

Add the previously boiled noodles to the pan.

Add black pepper powder and salt to taste.

Toss everything gently for 4-5 minutes to heat through without breaking the noodles.

Turn off the stove and add finely chopped coriander leaves on top.
