200 grams chowmein noodles
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, beans)
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped

Boil the chowmein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.

Add the boiled chowmein noodles to the pan with the vegetables.

Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder (if using).

Toss everything together gently to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
