1 packet noodles
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
capsicum, sliced
red bell pepper, sliced
yellow bell pepper, sliced
100 grams mixed vegetables
2 teaspoons red chili sauce
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons green chili sauce
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
0.5 teaspoon ginger powder
0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sugar

Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.

Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil to the boiling water.

Once the water is boiling, add 1 packet of noodles.

Boil the noodles until cooked, then turn off the gas.

Drain the water from the noodles and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add 2-3 finely chopped green chilies to the hot oil.

Add sliced capsicum, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the pan.

Add some mixed vegetables of your choice and mix well.

Sauté the vegetables for a few seconds, ensuring not to overcook them.

Add salt to taste and mix the vegetables.

Add 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons green chili sauce, and 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup to the vegetables.

Mix everything well together.

Add 0.5 teaspoon ginger powder, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon sugar to the mixture.

Mix all the spices thoroughly with the vegetables.

Add the boiled noodles to the vegetable mixture and mix well until combined.

Serve the hot Jain Chowmein.
