Cut red bliss potatoes into large pieces and wash them with water
Peel and cut onions in half

Cut asado beef into chunks
Heat olive oil in a large pot
Add garlic and onions, stir until fragrant
Add beef, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and paprika
Add all vegetables to the pot
Pour in local beer and water as the liquid
Cover and let cook for a couple of hours
