1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup green peas
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, julienned

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add whole spices: cumin seeds, cardamom, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, and cloves; fry them.
