Make deep cuts on the chicken drumsticks.

Place chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade with 2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 2 tablespoons green chili paste, 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Add 1 egg and kasuri methi (crushed) to the marinade. Mix well and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.

Remove excess water from the marinated chicken and add it to the marinade. Mix well and cover to marinate for at least 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add smoke flavor using burning charcoal and oil for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Place all drumsticks in the preheated oven and cook for at least 35 minutes, flipping them halfway and applying remaining marinade.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and brush with melted butter mixed with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with green chutney, salad, and lemon.
