Wash the red snapper thoroughly with lemon and lots of water to eliminate the fish smell.

Scale the fish and make tiny holes in it.

Dry the fish with paper towels after washing.

Blend 2 red bell peppers, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and a thumb of ginger together with olive oil.

Heat palm oil in a pan until hot.

Add the blended mixture to the heated palm oil and cook it briefly.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of fish masala, chicken seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, nutmeg, and salt into the mixture.

Let the mixture cool down a bit after cooking.

Season the fish with salt all over before adding the mixture.

Place the fish on foil and rub the mixture all over, including inside the fish and around the gills.

Fold the foil around the fish to prepare it for cooking.
