Start with two types of snapper fillets: red snapper and mangrove snapper.
Prepare the marinade by combining 2 tablespoons of basil, 1 tablespoon of water, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
Whisk the marinade ingredients together until well combined.
Place the snapper fillets in a Tupperware container and pour the marinade over them.
Seal the Tupperware and shake it to coat the fillets evenly with the marinade.
Lay the marinated fillets flat in the container and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the grill by placing a grate on top and preheating it.
Place the marinated snapper fillets on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on one side.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side until done.
