Grilled Red Snapper

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Clean and scale the red snapper if not already done.
Pat the fish dry with paper towels.
Brush the fish with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Stuff the cavity of the fish with garlic, lemon slices, and fresh herbs.
Place the fish on the grill, skin side down.
Grill for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked halfway through.
Carefully flip the fish using a spatula.
Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve with additional lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
