1 cup okra, sliced
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 tablespoon cocoa (caramel)
1 lb red snapper fish
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 lime, juiced
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup green scallion leaves, chopped

Heat olive oil in a pot.

Add carrot to the pot and sauté with onion.

Add red and green peppers, and garlic to the pot.

Season with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
