1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 can (15 oz) red beans
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
2 cups mushroom broth
1 tablespoon bouillon paste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Dice the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper.

Saute the diced vegetables in oil until translucent.

Add cumin and chili powder to the vegetables and toast for a couple of seconds.
